Danica Patrick se va a la NASCAR, sigue en la Indy 500

Danica Patrick ya conoce la NASCAR, pero sus carreras normalmente son en la Serie IndyCar. Sin embargo, eso podría cambiar, ya que Dale Earnhardt Jr. quiere que Patrick se incorpore a su equipo JR Motorsports como miembro de tiempo completo. Correr en la Nationwide todo el 2012 seguramente ocupará la mayor parte de su tiempo, pero parece que Danica todavía podrá participar en la IndyCar.
La gran pregunta para Patrick es si puede competir en la Indianapolis 500. Es un evento que requiere tiempo y en el que posiblemente Danica trabaje todo el mes de mayo, y la serie Nationwide realiza tres carreras en el transcurso de ese mes. Aún así, parece que Earnhardt y su equipo podrían complacer a Patrick para que corra en la Indy, y así podría ser más fácil para ella tomar la decisión de comprometerse a una temporada completa en la NASCAR.
Aunado a todo esto la bella deportista está considerada entre las atletas mejor pagadas del mundo junto a grandes figuras del tenis como las hermanas Williams o Caroline Wozniacki, entre otras.
